Dates and Times
Conference begins Friday, May 24th at 8 pm in Muskoka and ends on Sunday, May 26th at 2 pm in Muskoka.
What to Expect
The weekend will include several learning and Bible study sessions, time for prayer, time for sharing and testimonies, live worship, a campfire, various outdoor and indoor activities, and free time for relaxation and bonding. Meals will be provided (see more information below).
Cost
The conference fee is $250 per person. Your registration is considered incomplete if you have not paid the conference fee. You can pay via e-transfer or by cash or cheque. For e-transfer, email giving@thechurchontherock.ca and include in the notes the full name of the person you are paying for and a note that this is payment for your conference fee.
Registration
Conference registration opens on Sunday, March 17 and will close on Sunday, April 7. If you wish to attend the conference, you must register using the “Register” webpage on this website, found here. Your registration is considered incomplete if you have not paid the conference fee. Upon payment, you will be added to the WhatsApp group that will be created to communicate with attendees for this event (see below for more information on “Communication”).

This conference will focus on different themes within Psalm 23.

Transportation
Attendees have the option of driving themselves or carpooling with others. If you require transportation, please let us know when you register so that we can include you in carpooling arrangements. We suggest all drivers leave the GTA on Friday May 24 by 6pm at the very latest.

Conference attendees will be housed within one of the two accommodation options:

General Itinerary
Conference begins on Friday at 8 pm
Friday dinner is at 8:30 pm
Breakfasts are always between 8 and 9 am
Lunch is always between 12 and 1 pm
Dinner on Saturday is at 5 pm
Conference ends on Sunday at 2 pm
Meals
6 meals in total (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners). Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you register. As the menu is prepared by the venue, we need to know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies in order to communicate this to the venue.
MBC Rules
No smoking/vaping on MBC property
Keep noise level down after 11pm
No wandering/driving off property
Caution near lake area
Be mindful of other groups on site
Communications
A WhatsApp group will be set up for all registered attendees to communicate during the conference. Please use this chat for all questions during the conference!
